Their team brings a craftsman-like approach to preserving original features while integrating modern systems making them adept at navigating the structural and regulatory complexities of heritage properties.
With over 20 years of experience, Blanc i Blanc focuses on high-end residential and hospitality projects, including new builds and full-scale renovations. Their work is defined by precise execution, refined interior finishes, and strong project coordination, supported by transparent cost control and efficient planning.
Together, the two firms offer a complementary blend of expertise heritage restoration and premium construction supported by deep local knowledge and a shared reputation for quality and reliability. Their combined portfolio includes luxury villas, boutique hotels, listed buildings, and multi-unit developments across Mallorca.
This project directly benefits from that synergy. The site requires both structural sensitivity and high-end renovation ideal for a team skilled in traditional materials, advanced systems, and complex urban redevelopment. BO‑ARQ is a Palma-based architecture studio led by Bernardo Oliver, with roots dating back to 1995 and formally established in 2002. The firm comprises a multidisciplinary team of architects, technical architects, and draftsmen, including key collaborator Javier Márquez, who also serves as architect and builder supervisor. Their expertise spans a wide range of building typologies, from single- and multi-family residences to public buildings and hospitality projects.
With over 900 completed projects between 2002 and 2022, BO‑ARQ brings more than two decades of proven experience. Their portfolio includes refined private homes, boutique hotels such as Hotel Artà in Mallorca, hospitality venues like Cappuccino Ibiza, and various public facilities demonstrating versatility in both new construction and restoration across diverse scales and sectors.
